General Information & Definitions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 299tk platform and its users. 299tk is an online betting and casino service platform operated for users in Bangladesh. If these Terms are available in both English and Bengali, the Bengali version shall prevail.
1.1 Key Definitions
- "Platform" means the 299tk website, application, and all associated services.
- "User" means any person registered on the platform.
- "Account" means a user's personal registered profile on the platform.
- "Bonus" means any amount of money or benefit granted for promotional purposes.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the specified number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
1.2 Applicability of Terms
These Terms take effect as soon as you access or use the 299tk website. Using any service on the platform constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are requested not to use the platform.

Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to use the 299tk platform. Users must state their age accurately at the time of registration. The platform may request proof of identity for age verification at any time. Accounts belonging to persons under 21 will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.
2.2 Account Creation Requirements
- Each individual may open one account only.
- All information provided at registration must be true and accurate.
- The user takes responsibility for keeping their account login details private and secure.
- Any changes to account information must be updated without delay.
- Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
299tk may request identity verification at any time in the interest of security and transparency. Required documents such as a copy of a National ID, passport, or driving licence may be asked for. The withdrawal process may be delayed if verification is not completed.
Warning: Creating an account with false information or using another person's identity will result in the permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of all balances.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All major mobile banking and banking methods in Bangladesh are supported on the 299tk platform. All transactions are secured through SSL encryption.
Deposit
- Minimum deposit: ৳300
- Supported methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer
- Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly
- Any applicable transaction fees will be communicated in advance

Withdrawal
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
- Withdrawal time: 15 minutes to 2 hours
- Withdrawal requests are processed after verification

The wagering requirement for any active bonus must be met before a withdrawal request is completed. If a withdrawal is requested without meeting the bonus wagering requirement, the bonus will be cancelled.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
299tk offers a 100% welcome bonus to all new members making their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example — depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable. The period to meet the wagering requirement is 30 days from the date the bonus is issued.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own terms and conditions, which are published on the offer page.
- Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is active, unless specifically permitted.
- Bonuses are applicable for personal, non-commercial use only.
- 299tk reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.
- If the wagering requirement is not met before expiry, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.

Gaming Rules
5.1 Bet Limits
Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. Additional limits may apply when wagering with bonus funds.
5.2 Technical Errors
If a game result is voided due to a technical error or server outage, 299tk reserves the right to refund the relevant bet amount. If an abnormally large win occurs due to a software error, 299tk reserves the right to review it.
5.3 Sports Betting
Various sports markets are available in the sports betting section. All odds are subject to change, and the odds at the moment a bet is confirmed will apply. If a match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. Live betting activities are subject to their own additional terms.
5.4 Game Provider Terms
Games from various third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and others are available on the 299tk platform. These games are also governed by those providers' own terms.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 299tk platform. Breaching these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and, where applicable, legal action may be taken.
Fraudulent Activities
- Playing using bots or automated software
- Attempting to hack accounts or gain unauthorised access
- Dishonest attempts to influence game outcomes
- Providing false identity or documents
Anti-Money Laundering
- Depositing funds from illegal sources
- Conducting transactions through another person's account
- Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts
- Attempting to artificially meet wagering requirements
Anti-Money Laundering Policy: 299tk strictly adheres to international anti-money laundering policies. If a suspicious transaction is identified, the associated account will be suspended pending verification and, where applicable, the relevant authorities will be notified.
Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 299tk's Rights
299tk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any clause of these Terms
- Evidence of involvement in prohibited activities
- Failure to complete identity verification
- Order from a court or government authority
- No activity on the account for an extended period
7.2 User's Rights
A user may close their account at any time at their own request. In this case, any remaining valid balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned once verification is complete. Account closure requests can be made by email to [email protected].
Privacy & Data Protection
299tk places the highest importance on the privacy of users' personal information. All data is protected by SSL encryption.
8.1 Information Collected
